S40 Solar Fence Energizer
The S40 solar energizer is a portable, super tough energizer that comes with a rechargeable battery and in-built solar panel.
Gallaghers solar energizers are fully self sufficient energizer and use solar power to charge your electric fence. These units can be used in permanent electric fencing, where there is no access to mains power and also for portable, short term animal control.

Multiple power options
Two operating modes ensure optimum battery usage, even in periods of low sunlight:
- 1/2 runs at half power, with a fast pulse day and night
- 1 runs at full power, but pulses slower at night when animals are less active
Battery status indicator
Provides peace of mind by indicating if the battery needs to be charged or replaced
Mains recharge capability
Power kit allows battery to be charged by mains power if insufficient sunshine hours are available
360 degree mounting on steel posts for correct orientation toward the sun
Allows the energizer to be mounted on a steel post that is already part of the fence line, regardless of which way the post is facing
Use with the Fence Indicator
Place permanently on your fence line and simply look for the flash (flashes with each pulse of the Energizer) to view fence output.
Includes fence/earth leadset, rechargeable battery and mains recharge power kit.
